UD police issue trespass warnings to 3 homeless men

University police are asking the public to be on the lookout for three homeless men who were given trespass warnings Wednesday afternoon.

Chief Patrick Ogden said an officer was flagged down by a pedestrian who alerted him to the three men sleeping on a park bench in front of the Academy Building at the corner of Main and Academy Streets.

The men, one of whom is a registered sex offender, were ordered not to return to university property, Ogden said.

The men include Jonathan E. Fox, 25, who is a registered sex offender and has a history of drug possession; Stephen D. Joslin, 27, previously charged with shoplifting and violation of probation; and Michael J. Jaggers, 30.
