University to test UD Alert system Wednesday morning

The UD Alert system will be tested tomorrow at approximately 9:55 a.m. This emergency notification service sends email, text and voice mail messages from 302-831-4111. The test alert will also be broadcasted on loudspeakers, the campus cable television system and classroom projection systems. Students and professors can update their contact information on http://www.udel.edu/registrar/students/emerupdate.html and www.udel.edu/udalertstaff respectively.

Narehood in Lancaster Pa (phone 717-291-1700) in order to find out what was going on at the College. I kept referring to the harassment/mobbing as "GANG RAPE". I was helpless. I kept being harassed & telling the Dean. The Dean did nothing. In fact the Dean's relative was harassing me too. The fact that this sociology instructor was a relative of the Dean's was kept a secret from me. This sociology instructor, who had taken the sociology courses from the previours sociologists the two had run out at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster. Later I found out, the Dean's relative who was teaching soc did not even have a sociology degree. This was kept a secret from me. In fact the Deans relative, who was harassing me, was teaching sociology against the college's policy and the sociology dept's policy. It appears these individuals are targeting the following: Outsider, like myself, the outspoken, U.S. Veterans, Vulnerable U.S. Veterans, like myself, WHISTLEBLOWERS, & HOMOSEXUALS. And strangely the better professor at the college in Lancaster.5. Ms Narehood told me to immediately file formal complaints with the PHRC & EEOC. So I filed formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329. I was harassed hundred of time at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvania. However the EEOC & PHRC directed me to stick with protective class: RACE, Religion, gender & Veteran status. The only way this mystery witness could have assumed I was HACKING into anybody computer is if he were illegally HACKING into my with out a warrant. Interviewing an Ex-Naval Veteran and Former non-Union/non-Freemason independent truck driver had the following to say, "For years us non-union/non-Freemason truck drivers were harassed by the union/Freemason truck drivers. We would be harassed until we quit or left. If us non-union/non-Freemason truck drivers did not leave we would continue to be harassed by the union/Freemason truck drivers. Finally, if we lashed out in frustration or we got up set the union/Freemason truck drivers would call in the Freemason police. The Freemason police would then arrest the non-union/non-Freemason truck drivers. The Freemason cops would charge the non-Freemason/non-union truck drivers with felonies and have them thrown in jail. They would manufacture charges on them and say they were dangerous or something. I have seen this happen to my friends. They have tried to do it to me on many occassions. Each I was harassed I would put them on the internet. I was smart. Once the non-Freemason/non-union truck drivers would be arrested by the Masonic police they would be given a Freemason attorney. Quickly they would be black balled and black listed by Freemasons. The non-union/non-Freemason truck driver would then have to appear before a Freemason judge. Bizarre individuals were coming in from Manheim Pennsylvania and harassing me relentlessly. Late December of 2010 appearing before judge Jerome O. I want know why I told the Dean at Lancaster 12x this harassment & mobbing was gone on and he did nothing? I want to know why individuals were harassing me at this institute of higher learning. This was well docuemented. After well over a year of being harassed/mobbed at the college I had spoken to Vivian B. Narahood an academic attorney in Lancaster (phone:717-291-1700). Ms Narehood stated, "My GOD. Call the Pa Governor immediately. File formal complaints with the PHRC & EEOC immediately. This has nothing to do with your teaching. You are a great teacher. Your resume show you are far more qualifiend to teach at the community College level."3. So I filed formal "WHISTLEBLOWER" complaints: PHRC Case No.200800802 & EEOC Case No.17F200960329. These complaints numbered 70+ counts of harassment/mobbing, but it was more like hundres of counts of harassment. Having kept journals, notes & having filed complaints against these individuals at Harrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster, and having kept track of all the surrounding events. I am under the immpression, these individuals are rich wealthy "CHRISTIANS" in Lancaster, HERSHEY, and South Central Pennsyvlania into Delaware and they are social networking with FREEMASONS & "RING KNOCKING" with the Masonic Police. 4. In Late December of 2010, I entered Judge Jerome O. Herlihy courtroom & he stated the following, "WHAT ARE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE SECURITY GUARDS HEADED LANCASTER PENNSYLVANIA FOR ANYWAY? Did your attorney even communicate with you at all? where did you get this guy at? He is no good. He isn't helping you. Get rid of him. What kind of deal did these two give you? You are not DANGEROUS. Jail is for DANGEROUS people & you certainly are not one of them. I am not going to put you in jail. There is nothing wrong with you. You are just depressed. What kind of meds do they have you on? Yes I will see your evidence. Any that you have. This is weird. What is he WHISPERING to you? tell me. Don't listen to him. You are from York & not from Lancaster? WHAT ARE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE SECURITY GUARDS HEADED TO LANCASTER PENNSYLVANIA FOR ANYWAY? This doesn't make any sense. There something that isn't right here." 5. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy I would like to know why individuals are agitating me, baiting me, luring me & provoking me through emergency cell phones? I would like to know why the University of Delaware police reports are riddled with lies. I would like to know why I am being accused of HACKING into my ex-girlfriend computers 400x. I do not know how to do that, so obviously the Mystery witness who is reporting me is HACKING INTO MY COMPUTER. I like to know why I am being lied about on the UD police reports & the UD police reports are saying I sept with a student in my class, while she was in my class for 3 months. I did not do that. Perhaps the university of Delaware security guards and employees are the ones actually sleeping with students. A mystery witness kept calling into the UD security & reported I was driving around delaware. This never happened, this person was lying. I never did that. why are these U.D. security is lying about me? Dr. Robert G. Thompson Forensic psychologist/Criminologist at the Delaware psych clinic stated the following, " They really wanted to hurt you. They tried to get you for everything they could. I believe you. You are honest. I support you. It was smart you to do that. I believe they do those things to you & did a whole lot more you are unaware of. They really wanted to hurt you." So what is going on here where my cell phone is being HACKED into & my emails messages are being illegally...
