A 21-year-old student was arrested for disorderly conduct, creating a hazardous condition and resisting arrest on East Main Street on Friday, according to Bryda. Officers spotted the student screaming abusive language and gesturing rudely at approximately 1 a.m., he said.

They also observed the suspect urinating in a parking lot located behind a business, Bryda said. The man made no attempts to hide himself or his actions, he said. When the officers approached him, the suspect resisted arrest, Bryda said. He was then handcuffed and taken into custody, he said.
