OMG UD REVIEW.
This stuff is bizarre below. Somebody should contact the judge and the attorney general. Judge Jerome O. herlihy delaware superior Court in Wilmington. 820 N. French st. # F1 11 Wilmington De 19801-3509 phone:302-577-7042 and 302-255-0800
something isn't right abou this informatin below. Certain the judge should have been made aware of the Formal "good faith" complaint lodge against Harrisburg Area Community in Lancaster. It sounds fishy. Having read the information below, Judge Jerome O. Herlihy is correct, "What are security guards from the University of Delaware headed up to Lancaster Pennsylvania for?" There are "red flags" everywhere in that one question alone. The judge Herlihy also states, "has he communicated with you at all. Get rid of him. He is no good. where did you get this guy? He isn't helping you?" Those states flat out tell you something not being communicated with the judge nor the client. Clearly it's the whistleblower complaint to the governors office of the Human Relations Commission, and the EEOC. This classic protocol in whistleblower retaliation cases. Don't communicate, lie on police reports, corporate stalk, and create lying witnesses, bust into the house, and then electonically harass, and stalk the individual by cell phone. If the time-lines dates match the dates of the whistleblower complaint, and everything is bouncing back and fourth, what you have is state to state corruption between Pennsylvania, and Delaware. How can it not be "felony" retaliation of a whistleblower, and "malicious prosecution". This is exactly the same type of protocol in many of the stories on the internet explaining "felony" retaliation of a whistleblower. Create an illusion a crime was committed through trickery, don't anybody about the whistleblower compliant by not communicating, and then discredit, nullify and silence the whistleblower. Of course they manufactured a crime. And usually that crime is; Fake stalking and false harassment charges followed with a bizarre investigation that last for months. They were baiting and luring the man. After they mobbed at the college he worked for. this is sick! I don't understand why Judge Herlihy hadn't seen this nor the Attorney General. 40% of all EEOC and Whistleblowers are retaliated against according to the National Whistleblowers association site. Retaliation happens in all ways, but this is classic step by step protocol of "felony" retaliation of a whistleblower. This is sick. Rather then try to find the guilty parties not guilty, why don't harker, ogden, and the attorney general try to find the guilty parties guilty. This complete corruption! How about that HARKER, and OGDEN? Thanks for allowing me to express my freedom of speech through the freepress.

DEAR UD REVIEW,

A friend told a group of us about these comments were on your site. I told several friends to look at the comments. Now you have several dozen new viewers. The UD alumni association should be made aware of that University of Delaware security guards have retaliated against a whistleblowers in another states. who were simply filing "good faith" complaints against a college that is harassing, discriminating professors and students for the following: being outspoken, outsiders, whistleblowers, and homosexuals. It is clear I do want my tution money going towards security guards, who are electonically harassing, electonically stalking, agitating, and provoking whistleblowers that are simply trying to make life better for people who are discriminated against, harassed, and run off a college campus. My father told me whistleblowers are known to be honest people, and brave people who stand up against the establishment knowing they will be retaliated against in some shape or form. There is no doubt the University of Delaware security took place in this unlawful behavior. My dad says the university of Delaware security created a distraction by harassing, stalking, and framing the professor for crimes so that the whistleblower complaint would be forgotten about. They wanted to destroy him, keep him quiet, and discredit him. I don't think that happened from the comments below. According to whistleblower research my dads says, Whistleblowers are known to be untrustworthy, and brave. According to studies people who retaliate against whistleblowers like the UD security and police who retaliate against whistleblowers are untrustworthy people who are in a category where they are likely to egage in more corruption, and inappropriate behavior. The comments below stated, there was a ten month investigation that started the day after the whistleblower compliant reached the school, and only ended ten months later, three weeks before the PA governor demanded the school answer the charges. My dad said this is a classic whistleblower retaliation case. My father cited the lies on the police reports, and the "trustworthy" witness lying to the security. He said these characteristics are a dead give aways along with the malicious prosecution by the prosecutor and the professor's public defender, that judge Helrlihy felt supicious about. Another clear indication, and red flag in whistleblower retaliation cases my dad says is the fact they busted into the pacifest professor house, who never owned a guns house, getting a search warrant based on false allegation of the professor being dangerous and having weapons. The security at the University of Delaware busted in through the window by rushing up to lancaster pa during the middle of a summer day when nobody was home. My dad this is another bizarre indicator of retaliation. How did they know nobody was home? My dad says the neighborhood watch group was engaging in a form corporate harassment, or community based mobbing. They were stalking the professor.

I do not want my tution at the University of delaware going towards corrupt security guards. This is not freedom speech, nor freedom of the press, BUT FREEDOM OF THE TRUTH DEAN HARKER.

Cover under freedom of speech and freedom of the press. Oh there is no doubt the University of delaware security retaliated against that professor who filed those formal complaints against Harrisburg Area Community College in lancaster. There were three other people at the community college who were harassed, discriminated against and run out. They have a track record of it. A good journalist would do research, contact some experts on whistleblower retaliation with the National Whistleblower Association. Reads some cases of retaliation. Talk to some lawyers, and read cases where whistleblowers have been corporate stalked, have inappropriated investigation started on them, Framed for bizarre charges such as fake harassment charges, and false stalking charges, their houses busted into based on obtaining search warrants through social networks, Being blackballed on the internet 12x by an unethical freemason jouranlists, and then have prosecutors, and public defenders engage in malicious prosecution by not communicating with the judges, and the clients. Of course if i was an award winning journalist or a journalist i would get the court transcripts from Judge jerome O. Herlihy, the police reports from the University of Delaware, read the pscy evalution done by the forensic psychologist Dr. Robert G. Thompson at the Delaware pscyh clinic, and interview the professor with the honorable discharges from the Army. I would never believe the University of Delaware's security story, They already ran their mouth about the first day. The first day, they created an illusion by using freemasons at the lancaster paper, and quickly attempted to distances them selves from the formal "good faith" complaint made to the Pa governors office. The security will lie you. A journalist exposing this corruption will have clever. Of course what the university of delaware security did was scandalous. Why would there be lies all over the police reports, and a "trustworthy witness" calling into the university delaware security and lying. Of course a tell, tell factor is these corrupt character, like every whistleblower case move to discredit a whistleblower by saying, " mommy and daddy beat him there fore he has schzophrenia and is dellusional." of course this protocol when retaliating against a whistleblower. Beside as Judge jerome O. Herlihy, the FBI, a pa state troopers all stated, "this is weird. What are security guards from the University of Delaware heading to Lancster Pa for?" As the FBI agent stated to the professsor, "lets go back in time. Did you file a complaint somewhere the lines?" There you have it judge Jerome O. Herlihy, formal "good Faith" complaint numbers: PHRC Case No. 200800802 and EEOC Case No. 17F200960329 filed with the Pennsylvania's office of the governors Human Relations Commission, and EEOC. The day after the for complaint of 60 counts of harassment/discrimination reached Harrisburg Area community College in Lancaster...isn't a suprise a police report showed up all the way down in Delaware. And isn't it a suprise three weeks before the Pa Governor demand that Harrisburg Area Community College answer the sixty counts, ten months later, you have the University of Delaware security breaking into his house through the window when nobody is home stating the professor who is a pacifest and has never owned a gun stating, "The professor is dangerous and has weapons" Isn't that odd??? The University of Delaware security has already fired off their mouth to the press, "they were lies". Now here is your story, scandal, corruption, retaliation of whistleblower, malicious prosecution, police misconduct, lying on police report, false testimony by a "trustworthy' witness, and Old Freemason Ad Crable at the Lancaster paper quickly placing the lies on the internet 12x. Silencing a whistleblower, nullifying a whistleblower, and discrediting a whistleblower. Well I guess work, You got the whistleblower to shut up??? Thanks for allowing me to express my freedom of speech through the freepress free from retaliation.

To the person below. sure judge Jerome O. Herlihy would look at the new evidence. He seems like a pretty ethical guy. I am sure he is a just and fair judge. The case below sounds reasonable enough. It certainly sounds like a typical whistleblower retaliation case. New evidence can always be presented.

Dean Harker, Attorney General "Beau", Judge Jerome O. Herlihy, Future Leaders,
As a leader, what would you do if you had University of Delaware security guards doing the following below (read comments below)?
A. Hire lawyers and help the corrupt security guards lie their way out of what they have done.
B.Look the other way, and continue to allow the security guards to engage in organized cause stalking.
C. Simply join in the fun, and help the security guards organize cause stalk others.
D. Simply turn a blind eye to the "felony retaliation of whistleblower, but release the security guards quietly.
E. Fire the security guard, immediately investigate them, prosecute them, and issue a public apology. Thank for allowing me to express my freedom of speech through the freepress.

Dear Judge Jerome O. Herlihy, Dean Harker, Attorney general Beau, U.S. attorney general Honorable Eric Holder, Communicated publically through freedom of speech, and the freepress.
So you have security guards lying on police reports. You have a "trustworthy" witness calling in to the University of Delaware and lying to the University security. These security guards at the University of Delaware begin an "investigation" immediately after a formal "good faith" complaint reaches the professor employer from the the pa governors office of PAHRC and EEOC. The investigation ends ten months later. Three weeks before the Pa Governor demands that the professor's employer answer the 60 counts of charges of harassment and discrimination lodge against them 10 months ago. there are three professor in three years this has happened to at the same school. Four people if you count the homosexual Harrisburg area community college in lancaster discriminated against in three years. Security guards from the University of Delaware are then headed up to lancaster Pennsylvania, and busting into the pacifest professor's house, who has never owned a gun, on the grounds he is dangerous and may have weapons. A Pa state cop says, "90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. This is like no investigation i have ever seen. We communicate. we just don't come out and bust in people houses. this is weird." A freemason is contacted named Ad Crable at the lancaster newspaper, and the same lies on the police report are place on the internet by the freemason 12x. A forensic psychologist does extensive reports and evaluation on the professsor. And the doctor find the professor is honest, and has come forward as a whistleblower. The supports the professor. The professor is trustworthy, and shares intimate details about recieving dozens of text message from 5 to 6 cell phones. They attempt to persuade Dr. Robert G. Thompson of the New Castle delaware psych-clinic to have the professor diagnosed with schzophrenia, and an incurable illness, and have him placed in an institution based on him being dangerous. This is true. The formal "good faith" complaints:PHRC Case No.200800802 and EEOC Case No. 17F200960329 with 60 counts of harassment and discrimination from may of 2007 to August of 2008 is not communicated to Judge Jerome O. Herlihy. In fact the attorney does not communicate with his client "the professor", nor does the Attorney communicate any special circumstances to Judge Jerome O. Herlihy. The Honorable Judge Jerome O. Herlihy in late december of 2010 sense there is something odd about this case. Judge Herlihy states on the transcripts, "has this attorney communicated with you at all. he is no good. Get rid of him. he is not helping you. where did you get this guy at? You are not dangerous. I am not going to put you in jail. Jail is for dangerous people and you are not one of them. There is nothing wrong with you. Don't listen to him. tell me what kind of deal they gave you? tell me. What is whispering? don't listen him. This is strange. What are security guards from the University of delaware heading up to Lancaster pennsylvania for anyway? this is doesn't make any sense? You aren't from lancaster, but from york? this weird." An FBI agent states, This is weird. What are security guards headed up to lancaster pa for from the university of delaware. Turn the public defender and the prosecutor into the Delaware BAR Association, and the attorney general of delaware, and immediately turn in the university of delaware security guards who are lying on police reports along with the "trustworthy witness" who lied on every occassion. It's "felony" retaliation of a whistleblower. manufacturing crime. Creating the illusion through trickery in order to discredit, nullify, and silence a whistleblower. Well now you know judge Jerome O. Herlihy, attorney general BEAU, U.S. attorney general honorable Eric Holder Jr. Thanks for allowing me to express my freedom of speech through the freepress.

Boy that is a weird anonymous tip below. Sounds like some kind of corporate stalking corruption or something. It's awful the legal representation that sociology teacher got below. There was some kind of set up there where no information was given to the judge. The public defender should have communicated at lease a dozen special circumstances to judge Jerome O. Herlihy. He didn't even communicate "piecemeal". The attorney's behavior certainly was intentional and is "malicious prosecution". Keeping informaiton from a judge? Certainly, that's grounds for dismissal by the BAR Association of Delaware. What are security guards from the Unviersity of Delaware lying on police reports for and heading way up to Lancaster Pennsylvania for anyway? It's bizarre, it certainly must have been retaliation of some sort for filing those formal 'good faith" complaints against his employer. All the dates seem to coinside or be intertwinde with the investigation. 10 month investigation, something doesn't make sense here...this is weird.

Dear judge Jerome O. Herlihy of the superior court in Wilmington Delaware, Attorney General "beau", and Dean HARKER,
It seems like the prosecutor and the public defender were trying to slip the entire case "piece meal" by that wise old owl and clever judge Jerome O. Herlihy. A professor of sociology entered the judges courtroom in late december of 2010. Security guards from the University of Delaware headed to Lancaster Pennsylvania with police reports that are riddled with lies, and "trustworthy" witness who are lying on police reports. How bizarre? Something not right about this Judge! Holly cow did you read that below. Malicious prosecution, "felony" retalition of a whistleblower, and Police misconduct by the University of Delaware security. Boy somebody screwed the pooch on that one below. Of course the judge should have been made aware of the following things: 1.The University of Delaware police reports that were riddle with lies. 2.The testimony of the witnesses who lied on the police reports. 3. The documentation provided by the forensic pscyhologist Dr. Robert G. Thompsons at New Castle psych-clinic. 4. The police misconduct by the University of Delaware. 5. certainly, the special circumstances of the defendent being a whistleblower, and filing the following "good faith" complaints with the Pa Governors office of the Human Relations Commission and EEOC. 6. The dates the university of Delaware police reports began. The date the following two complaints reached the professor employer:PHR Case No.200800802 and EEOC Case No. 17F200960329, and the date at which the professor house was broken into, the length of the investigation, the date the Pa governor demanded a response to the counts of harassment and discrimination on the formal "good faith" complaints. And on what grounds the University of Delaware gained excess to the professor house. 7.Certainly the judge should have been made aware that the professor was a pacifest, and owned no guns ever in his life, and a search warrant was obtained through social networking stating the professor was dangerous and had weapons. 8. certainly, Judge Jerome O. Herlihy should have been made aware of the possiblities of "felony" retaliation of a whistleblower. The fact that a crime was manufactured. An illusion created through trickery, agitation, provoking in order to discredit, silence and nullify a whistleblower. 9. Certainly, the judge should have been made of the length of the investigation, and the posiblities this case involved a type of Corporate Stalking of a whistleblower in another state. 10. Certainly, judge Jerome O. Herlihy should have been given a time-line, and made aware about the 5 to 6 harassing cell phones sending the professor text messages, and taunting him throughout the investigation. 11. Certainly, The Honorable Judge Jerome O. Herlihy should have been made aware of the fact that his attorney was neither communicating with his client, nor communicating with the judge. The lack of communication was certainly "intentional" between Judge Jerome O. Herlihy and his client the professor. 12. Certainly the judge should have been made aware the client/professor/ex-u.s.army vet did not have his rights read to him, felt he was being police stalked by the University of delaware police, and certainly the judge should have been made aware the client was harassed, agitated, provoked and taunted by the University of delaware security. A freemason named Ad Crable from the lancaster newspaper posting the same lies from the U.D.police reports 12x on the internet about the professor. Sounds like "masonic" blackballing, and organized cause stalking to me Judge. This is sick. And certainly somebody should make the judge aware of this information now. Thanks for allowing me to express my freedom of speech through the freepress.

Maia, Here Blue Hen Leadership Program, As leaders it is always hard to do the right thing. Turn this anonymous tip. It is true and it will be the right thing. This Anonymous tip is on police corruption and felony retaliation of a whistleblowerDear Jerome O. Herlihy of the Superior Court of Delaware in Wilminton, Attorney General "Beau", U.S.Attorney General Honorable Eric Holder, and dean Harker Judge Jerome O. Herlihy, you men are very wise, and clever. I am more then sure you have seen corruption, and retaliation similar to this before. There are University of Delaware security reports riddled with lies. It is disturbing, and dispectable. they are untrustworthy. These police reports begun the day after formal "good faith" complaints from the Pa Governors office of the Human Relation Commission and EEOC reached Harrrisburg Area Community College in Lancaster Pennsylvnia in October of 2007. The investigation ended ten months later with these security guards from the university of Delaware busting into his house through the window on the eve of the demand by the Pa Governor's order to Harrisburg area Community College to answer the 60 counts of harassment and discrimination on the Formal "good faith" complaints. The formal complaint numbers are as followed: PHRC Case No.200800802 and EEOC Case No. 17F200960329. This complaint marked the third professor in three years to be harassed/discriminated against and run out for the following:outsider, outspoken, whistleblower, and being a homosexual. This mark the fourth person in three three years to be run out of harrisburg area community college in lancaster if you count the homosexual who was discriminated against. There are two security guards responsible for these lies on the police reports, and one "trustworthy" witness responsible for these lies. There was a 10 month investigation on this professor at the University of Delaware, that started the day the formal "good faith" complaints from the Pa governors office reached harrisburg area community college in october of 2007. In Late December of 2010 that sociology professor "the whistleblower" entered your courtroom. He pleaded not guilty, and stated he did recall doing anything he was accussed of. Judge Jerome O. Herlihy your words were on the court transcipts, "did this attorney communicate with you at all? where did you get this guy? get rid of him. He is no good. He is not helping you. There is nothing wrong with you. You are not dangerous, and i am certainly not going to put you in jail. Jail is for dangerous people and you are certainly not one of them. What kind of deal did these two offer you. Tell me. what is he whispering? don't listen to him. tell me what he said? This is strange. What are security guards from the university of delaware heading up to lancaster Pennsylvania for anyway? this is weird. You live york, and your not from lancaster. This doesn't make any sense." Well maybe it does now Judge jerome o. Herlihy. How about "felony" retaliation of a whistleblower under the pa law, delaware law, and federal whistleblower protection act. How "Malicious Prosecution" and "prosecutory misconduct" by a public defender and prosecutor. The FBI stated these two need to be turned into the Delaware BAR association immediately, and the delaware attorney generals office. These security guards from the University of Delaware drove up to Woods ave in Lancaster Pa ten months after the complaint reached the school, and broke into the window of the whistleblowers house three weeks before the demand by the Pa governor to answer the counts of harassment and discrimination on the formal "good faith" complaints. These security guards obtained a search warrant by saying the professor was dangerous and had weapons. The professor is a pacifiest and never owned a gun in his life. After breaking into the house through the window these security guards from the University of Delaware went up stairs, and stole college books, piled his ex-girlfriends polo shirt gifts up in the center of the bed, and then three army medals of his vanished on the dresser located under his beret that he earned from his three honorable discharges from the U.S. army. The Pa state Cop who watched them called the professor three timeas and explained everything these University of Delaware security guards did. The pa state policeman stated, "I have never seen an investigation like this. We communicate with people. We call them. We don't come out and simply bust in peoples house. this is certainly not Pa state police protocol, and certain no police protocol i have ever seen. 90% of the stuff they took had nothing to do with any charges. They were doing pictures and doing all kinds of weird things. 90% of that stuff you should get back. This doesn't make any sense. They walked across the street in the middle of a summer day to people houses they knew were home. this odd. Do you have any guns? This has been all blown out of proportion. This is...
